Kevin Hanson has devoted his career to real estate. He joined Novare after a distinguished career in real estate development and redevelopment, acquisitions, sales and asset management. His most recent positions were with LNR Partners –REIS Group in Newport Beach, where he served as senior vice president of development and asset management (1998 – 2018).
After earning an M.S. degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a B.S. degree in Finance – Real Estate at the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana, Kevin worked for real estate companies in southern California, including Mutual of New York, HomeFed Bank, Bedford Properties and Equidon—all as vice president—after earlier senior financial analyst and project management positions for various companies including the Irvine Company. He is a past chairman of the Orange County District Council of the Urban Land Institute.
Kevin’s specialties include office, industrial, retail, land, mixed-use and multi-family projects. His portfolio has included projects in California, Arizona, and Hawaii as well as in Las Vegas and Denver.
